I had all of my animals neutered and my husband said he was going to file a class action lawsuit on behalf of all the male animals. He was scared he might be next!
She looks like one of our former foster dogs, Emmy who was spayed but the vet discovered when he performed the surgery that it already had been done! Emmy was so active that her stitches split so I had to keep a towel tightly wound around her to keep her away from the wound. She healed nicely, but it didn't slow her down!! Wish we had kept her, but I say that about ALMOST all of the dogs.
Sonia - I work with a group that rescues and rehabilitates sick pets. When they run out of room at the kennels, they ask me (and other foster volunteers) to take in a dog and take care of him/her at my house until it is adopted by a family. I love doing it, but sometimes it is hard - they are either very sick or I get too attached (used) to them... What pets/animals do you have?

She's one beautiful dog - someone is going to be lucky.
awwwww, I'm a sucker for labs!! Hope she is doing well. We vacation in Petosky every Aug.
